not competent to say anything about BOYfriends, but speaking about girlfriends, a difference of some three or four years in any direction shouldn't be crucial, if two people definitely like each other.

btw Moonlight04, its okay to have younger one, you just need someone that matured enough in mind and heart for you. Older in physical age doesn't mean someone already psychologically matured in mind, and younger doesn't mean he can't be matured enough for you.
