Anime you watched/want to watch because of Yuki's music

-- Noir (coincidental - my friend highly recommended it, then it turned out she wrote the music, so I went for it!)
-- El Cazador de la Bruja
-- Kara no Kyoukai movies
-- Pandora Hearts
-- Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny (well, I heard great things about it in the first place, but having songs composed by Yuki didn't hurt, hehe)

Want to:
-- Rekishi Hiwa Historia
 
I've seen all anime that she scored, but if you're asking for the one that I finished only because she was doing it:

El Cazasnore de la Bruja. I don't even know why I bothered - I mean not only was the story/characters shitty, I also thought the sound/music editing was horrible on it.

And then there's Pandora Hearts. To be honest apart from several comedy moments it didn't have much that I liked about it.

Hokuto no Ken. This is just not my kind of thing.
 
I have watched:

- Noir (was good but a bit boring at times)
- Madlax (more boring at lease untill the last 7 episodes -where it got interesting)
- El Cazador (I didnt like the characters too and since I had already watched the 2 premethioned it obviously had many similarities)
- Tsubasa Chronicle ( the first time I watched it I found it really interesting but when i watched it for a secod time I found it had lots of cliche and was childish - Tokyo Revelations on the other way was pretty good)
-.hack SIGN (found it boring and could heardly understand which was the plot didnt finish it (watched until 12 ep)
- Mai Hime (found it interesting and the character were also well developed)
- Pandora Hearts (Overall found it had the best plot - wasnt boring - from all the prementhioned anime) [I wonder if there will be season 2 because I heard the plot didnt finish at ep 25]
- Kara no Kyoukai (awesome movies)

Are the anime for which Yuki wrote only the OP or ED song count ? if yes:
- Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto (awesome anime and great music - although the ost wasnt by Yuki - Kouya Ruten fitted perfectly)
- Ookami Kakushi (awesome anime and great music as well)
- Sora no Woto (tried to watch it but stopped at ep 3 because it was too childish, episodical, and boring :blood: )

I want to finish Petit Cossette because I watched only the first OVA and stopped for some reason :XD:

Woops, forgot about that. Of course!

-- I agree with grunty about El Cazasnore. :XD: The only thing I liked about that was Taco taco tacosu. :ohoho: It's quite catchy and a great way to annoy people when necessary, but it backfires when it's used on you.

-- I didn't mention Mai-Hime since that's the very first Yuki OST I fell in love with when I didn't know about her at the time. Yes, the characters are very well developed. The Mai-Otome and OVA OST's were okay, but it did give us Materialise and a few others.

-- I liked Pandora Hearts. They definitely need to do a season 2, dammit, or at least make up for the abruptness in the manga.

-- I don't know if I'd watch Madlax since I heard that if I hated how Noir dragged till it got to around the middle, then I'd pull out my hair with Madlax.
 
Hmm, let's see, there was Noir, Madlax, and El Cazador de la Bruja (the first episodes were decent but the plot went downhill, loved the music though all the way). I also watched Okamikakushi because of its opening theme, well, the OST isn't by Kajiura. Mai-HiME's soundtrack is probably one of my favourites of Kajiura, it was a coincidence that she composed the music for it when I first started watching the show.
 
El cazador I watched noir, I saw the download page and I reminded it was Yuki work and I have a lot of free time at christmas.

Pandora hearts. New season anime and the plot might be interesting. Yeah it was interesting enought to not drop it at least.

I think I have watched other Yuki-related works but becauswe the plot seemesd interesting. .hack//sign, noir and ookamikakushi
 
Let's see...actually I think most of the anime I've seen that Yuki wrote the soundtrack for I found out after the fact. Those would be

NOIR
El Cazador de la bruja
Madlax
Gundam Seed Destiny
Mai HiME

That's all I can think of without looking through all my anime dvds and stuff.

Kara no Kyoukai
Eat-Man
I would say Mai-Hime, but I wanted to watch it for the shoujo-ai long before I found out Kajiura did the music
Pandora Hearts
 
Kara no Kyoukai, of course. But it's actually masterpiece either way :tea:

I also considered watching NOIR, but the episode 1 bored me to death so... pass. :tea:
 
About MADLAX: if you are not sure about watching it, try the first 4 episodes. If you don't want to watch more after ep4, then don't bother. Just don't drop it after the first episode, which IMHO was weak and not a good representation of the show.

PS. Petit Cossette (my fav animu ever) and Kara no Kyoukai are obviously the best anime Kajiura scored.

i don't like anime so much, but i do watch some mecha. I don't think she has done any of those, has she? anyways i like her music for what it is, don't like to relate music to animation.

Wait, are we doing this for the entire OST or any music at all that Yuki composed that was used for an anime?
 
I never really watched any anime(nor watch at all) she contributed with her music just Pandora Hearts and Hack//Sign. Though I never finished them. I have lost interest.
 
I only started watching anime last year so I didn't see a lot of them. I've seen in full:

- Ookami Kakushi
- Sora no Woto
- Loveless
- Baccano (if you count the ending song...)

Currently watching Tsubasa Chronicle. My friend gave me the Kara no Kyoukai DVDs and I have yet to watch them. Also have Pandora Hearts, Madlax, .hack//SIGN, .hack//Liminality, El-Cazador, and Mai-HiME on my harddrive.
 
I want to invest time into watching the Kara no Kyoukai movies... does anyone want to do a short promotion for them? :XD: I'd like to know what are some attractive elements [BESIDES THE SOUNDTRACK! :nosebleed: ]
