"Finally, some news!" I said when I saw the tweet.
Wait, she's not composing the theme nor the soundtrack? She just tuned up the arrangement? Why? That's means no FJ cover! And who's Aoi Teshima???
Anyway, Aoi seems to has a beautiful & lightful voice, so I'm in. And could be Yuriko doing backing vocals?

I wrote the song with the same emotion I felt upon reading the original novel. It’s truly an honor to have had the chance to work with Aoi Teshima as well! It’s honestly, honestly such a wonderful piece of work, so please do watch the broadcast starting in April!

But yess she finally working on an anime I can now watch something and go back to being being a trash weeb that I am :love::love: Though am I the only one who thought the snippet reminded me more of KOKIA songs? lol

Now if she can also bag the OP/ED from that famous "witch" anime adaptation(not mahoyo) then she's chilling this 2025...Interesting that one has avex picture :groucho:

Same but when I heard the trailer I feel like Yuka Kitamura would do a better job than Kajiura so I'm not that disappointed. Still let's pray for OP/ED :shy:

Edit: Back to the anime, this is also the first time she did work for EMT Squared. Before it was Yuuyami no Uta from Silver Link so I liked that she's going to different animation studios.
Aoi Teshima, Emiko Suzuki....recently she's collabing to a more technical and veteran vocalist huh(in terms of songs not ost btw)....

Wow, this is really lovely indeed! It doesn't particularly remind me of any other Kajiura song, which is a good thing. Also, I'm a fan of the vocals, they fit the mood of the song perfectly. Can't wait to hear more!

The closest to this would be "nocturn" as far as sample goes.
