Oooohh. It seems like with this idol/boy-girlband phenomenon in our country, lots of my friend join the idol/boy-girlband as well. My friend is a member of a girlband with their tag "chibi chibi chibi", and my another cousin's schoolmate is another member of JKT48, although she (my another cousin) hasn't told me who is her JKT48 member friend. Hahahaha. My junior high friends want to join the second audition for JKT48 as well. HAHAHA
^ I actually just heard Bird on Youtube last night, and it sounded to me like they were using recorded playback along with the live singing...at the very least, I could hear two versions of Takahashi's voice rather "layered" as she was singing solo. It sounded a bit odd...
that happens all the time with Takamina, I think. It seems that they always have her mic on on Bird (and any of her unit song) despite of all being playback.
Sayaka's documentary interview was nice. It's good she's aware AKB's fame isn't going to last forever and she's grateful for the attention it's getting.
But I completely disagree that "right now, Team K is the best it can be". No way, it could be improved if Yuka rejoined!
True. I feel that the current team K is so lacking in team spirit that the old K used to have. Tbh, among the current team, I like team B the most. At least, they're the most team-like nowadays.
And hell yeah, old team K was over-flourished with talents. See what they've become after the shuffle. Least, popular team, losing so many powerhouse girls (nattsumii, yuka, nacchii, chiyuu, mochii). So sad to see.
*nods nods* anyway, regarding the recent google+ activities. There is a new interesting development: they now have "club activities" (kinda like a school club). There are cooking club, light music club, drama club and literature club. can't remember the other clubs
I'm the most interested in light music club of course, there are Iwata Karen (my most fave kenkyuusei), Sayanee (NMB48's ace/captain) and, obviously obvious reason, Yuka (one of the best 48's singers). Light music club were told by AkiP to compose songs which might be featured on album.
I can understand her wanting to focus on her acting, but she's getting exposure as AKB's #1 and I thought she'd want to take advantage of that while she's still at the top. Leaving while the going's good, I guess.
