I don't get why he's already forming new sister groups, though. He hasn't even fully utilized the Team 4/Team 8 units of each group yet. :confu:
 
I think this has to do with the concept of "Idols you can meet". Regional idol whom local people would want to support so they have no need to go as far to Akihabara in Tokyo to watch AKB48. In case you have no idea, HKT is in Fukuoka, which is in another island (Kitakyushu, Kalafina fans will remember this island lol)
 
^^ I get where AkiP's going, but I can't say I agree, really. It's more about the people than the place for me.

I mean, let's say I (as a Sayaka fan) live in Fukuoka. I might go to an HKT handshake event because they're closer. But what would matter to me more is seeing my oshi, who happens to be in AKB. If I was given the choice to travel to Tokyo to see Sayaka or to stay in the region to meet members of a local group, I would pick the former. Maybe it's just me. *shrugs*
 
Another question for those who know:

Who's the girl with the braids on one side in this live? She's shown up close in 1:52 and 2:58, I believe, and definitely around 4:17. Sorry for being too lazy to look it up... :bow:

^Thats Matsui Jurina on the first two,last one though is Watanabe Mayu. Not the same girl :XD: Mayuyu has bangs though while Jurina doesn't,i wonder how you mixed them :XD:

i like Jurina but not Mayuyu much,although they pair them often :psst:
