Late night in the Cathedral: The Complete Motets of JS Bach

The six motets of J S Bach are amongst the
most glorious - and the most virtuosic - musical
masterworks of the Baroque. ACS presents Bach’s
complete motets in two 60-minute concerts as
special Adelaide Festival performances.
The programs also feature Knut Nystedt’s
deconstruction of Bach’s chorale “Komm, süsser
Tod” in Immortal Bach, and music for solo violin
performed by one of Australia’s finest Baroque
violinists, Lucinda Moon.
