^ despite making crazy box office sales the prices for the home release are still expensive as always. Wondering how much of it is the actual printing cost. 😁

From what i remember when watching the only musics by Kajiura in this movie were the ED song n that pre-ED chorus track.

Hmm. I mean, considering it's a movie that is like 2.5h long and this release has a 2CD soundtrack, a full bonus feature disc, and god knows what in physical extras... it doesn't feel that high to me... Also gotta brace for the inevitable 4k release, just a matter of when. XD

Still, I'm glad I'm not interested in this. I spent quite more than I wish I had on YK related stuff in the last 6 months...

Oh? That's it? From the posts before I thought there would be more than that? Oh well.

I can't find a readable picture of the big book's OST page but from skipping that baidu upload I really feel like the only Kajiura track is M43... which is hilarious...

(I feel bad for Go Shiina that he's constantly paired with YK on Kimetsu credits, interviews, award shows...)

edit:
Thought I found a readable shot of the OST page but no... false alarm.

????
????
All keyboard&programming(Kajiura),
Vocal(probably chiaki, 'cause M43),
Cello(2 people - probably the same as the first Kimetsu tokuten 'cause M43)
Recording & mixing engineer (Koiwa from SIGN SOUND),
assistant engineer (someone from Sound City that I can't read),
recording studio (Sound City),
musicians co-ordination (Sudo from HOT WAVE)
score support (Ishikawa)
director & co-producer (Mori)

Grain of salt as it's mostly based on shapes with the exception of koiwa, sudo and mori... Hopefully someone posts a readable version or types it out properly...

I'm not posting the trash above as some "ah ha I'm brilliant at deciphering shit" ('cause clearly I'm not), but moreso that it really doesn't look like there's anything but M43 that's Kajiura on this release... lol...

In the movie there was also a track right before LiSA's song thats by Kajiura featuring Utabito Samadi, idk if they included it in the OST though.

It's not in that upload so... guess not.
Maybe they will include it on the eventual standalone OST. They've released one for all the arcs so far so... stands to reason...
I've not seen the movie so I'm going to guess it could be a "Shine in the cruel night (movie ver)" kind of situation, rather than a standalone BGM since they didn't include it on this tokuten filmscoring soundtrack... Feel free to correct me if you've seen the movie. ^_^

Definitely Chiaki.
It's definitely Chiaki in M43, from which I can infer she's also listed in the booklet that I can't decipher from the photos I found. Hence "probably". If you have a better version of the credits, please share.

You skimmed through all 80? 👍
Takes longer to skip to the next track than to guess a Kajiura production. (Not saying necessarily accurately...)

I cut it up and its exactly 2 minutes long. :)

our best hope for release is the next FJ or Lisa album, with Zankoku no Yoru ni Kagayake with this as an intro.

We have no precedent for non-FJ songs being included on FJ albums.
And Zankoku is already included on LiSA's LACE UP album and it's in the single version.

tldr: I think the best hope is the standalone soundtrack. On top of (the possibility of) including alternate soundtrack material, every standalone soundtrack for Kimetsu included its respective songs tv size or movie ver. In the case of Infinity Train it included Homura in "movie ver", which I'm pretty sure only meant the intro being repeated twice.

Or we just never get it. What's new.
