Kajiura & Fictionjunction Guests @ AnimeCentral in Chicago (concert May 16, 2026)

Do you guys think there'll be an autograph session? That'll be my first time attending Anime Central so I'm not sure if thats someting they usually do with artists performing at the convention.
 
Popping in real quick to say I'll be there! Gonna be flying in the Friday morning and be at the convention during the day on Saturday. If anyone else from here is going please let me know! Would love to meet in person. Never thought I would have the chance to see Yuki Kajiura and FJ irl so super excited!!!

I'll try and be there too. It's a free concert to anyone with a badge... so who knows how long the line will be. And no news yet about autographs. But if we want to do a meet up before hand for dinner or something we can!
 
Are we gonna do a flower stand for YK for ACEN?
Pic won't upload but the ACEN organizers put out a Google doc for flower stand display.

I thought flower stand was a japanese tradition thing ? Never really seen it anywhere else in the west except maybe funerals.

Would be more than happy to find a meet-up! Can DM contact info to y'all if needed since I'm not on here much nowadays. I'm planning to be at the convention all day Saturday and likely going to be in line for the concert 2 hours before doors so I can be as close to the front as possible. Y'all are happy to come wait in line with me xD.

Yeah, that would be awesome if you could. I also plan on being there just for that day. But we can discuss further in DM.
 
I'm confused, is it really already full? The description says this: "Details on how to attend this session are coming soon. They will be handled differently than through Guidebook's first come first serve system."
 
Updates on the meet and greet:

How to get ticket to attend this session​

Starting once the retailer hall opens on Saturday May 16th, a limited number of meet and greet tickets will be available at the Anime Central merchandise booth. In order to receive a meet and greet ticket you must:
  • Spend $50 or more on eligible Yuki Kajiura CD/BD products in a single purchase to earn one (1) meet-and-greet ticket.
  • Only Yuki Kajiura CDs/BDs qualify. Buying other merchandise at the Anime Central merchandise booth does not count towards qualifying for a meet and greet ticket.
  • Limit one ticket per qualifying purchase, while supplies last.
Additional Autograph Guidelines for this Session
  • Kajiura and all vocalists will be signing a shikishi board provided by SACRA Music. No personal items will be allowed.
We have to buy merch to enter but we can't even have it signed :')
