Not that I know of. Maybe in private.
I don't think it's a common thing in Japan, but rather that they collaborated with SC for the reunion.
 
^If it's advertised right after the 60 songs where those girls were not, it would be weird coming from the other girls, in public. I suspect any communication, since all work ties seem to be cut off, would be done in private. It definitely raises eyebrows either way tho haha
