Updating/Fixing the Discography

If anyone adds a new release, please post here and state whether you are happy that it is complete or needs extra work e.g.:

entry in alphabetical or "per project" discography entries,

songs needing listing in lyrics section for each vocal song under "appearances",

details of musicians / vocalists / other credits that need clarification.

Having to discover what needs updating or manually do a brute-force check is far more tedious than being left a specific request to update entries for a particular CD or video.

Thanks...

EDIT - most recent release to be on the alphabetical discography appears to be:

I remember a missing album on the discography:

"Birdy the Mighty" Original Soundtrack 1 "Flew"
Victor Entertainment - VICL 795 - Released 1996.10.23 - original price 3000 yen.
An old download had just the cover of the album and track 21 "with your memory" / ウィズ・ユア・メモリー apparently because it was composed by Yuki Kajiura. It turns out that I have the physical CD.

Checking the liner notes for track 21:

Words by Alice Sato
Music by Yuki Kajiura
Arranged by Nobuhito Tanahashi
Performed by Kotono Mitsuishi (vocalist I assume)

The liner notes include lyrics which I may be able to get scanned soon.

https://canta-per-me.net/discography/seventh-heaven/ the entry says for the limited edition DVD:

Limited Edition DVD contains
  1. Seventh Heaven PV
  2. oblivious*
  3. Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete Iku*
  4. Kizuato*
  5. ARIA*
* = live performances. Oblivious, Kizuato, and ARIA from Yuki Kajiura Live vol 2, Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete Yuku from Yuki Kajiura Live vol 3.

However a couple of people noted in chat:

I thought oblivious was v3, they're wearing the fairytale dresses (like in Kimi ga) instead of the sprinter/ARIA dresses from v2(edited)

Can anyone confirm which performance's Oblivious was used in the Seventh Heaven Limited Edition DVD?

I think the Tsubasa Best Vocal Collection discography track list is missing #2 Tsubasa (Kaori).
https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B000K2VG2O states:

再生: BLAZE 1. BLAZE
再生: tsubasa 2. tsubasa
再生: ループ 3. ループ
再生: つきのしじま 4. つきのしじま
再生: 風の街へ 5. 風の街へ
再生: 斬光 6. 斬光
再生: キズナ 7. キズナ
再生: IT’S 8. IT’S

再生: you are my love 12. you are my love
再生: 旅の途中で希望の歌を歌おう 13. 旅の途中で希望の歌を歌おう
再生: 風待ちジェット 14. 風待ちジェット

I'll update the entry when I get home.

Just a quibble.

Why does the Petit Cossette OST entry in the discography have the altered non-Japanese cover? (with PetitE Cossette) Also is it worth noting the first press DVD-case version?

Just checked.

The Seventh Heaven Limited Edition DVD contains (romanized what I knew):
1. oblivious (Live)
2. Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete Iku (Live)
3. Kizuato (Live)
4. ARIA (Live)
5. sprinter (VIDEO CLIP)
6. fairytale (VIDEO CLIP)
7. seventh heaven (VIDEO CLIP)

Live Shooting: (from the booklet)
M1: oblivious / M2: Kimi ga Hikari ni Kaete Iku at Yokohama BLITZ (2008.12.27)
M3: Kizuato / M4: ARIA at Shibuya O-EAST (2008.7.31)

PS. I'm triggered since I didn't remember the DVD was 4x3 (letterboxed for Lives).

Minor typo, "Ordinale" should be "Ordinal" in the heading at the top of the page: https://canta-per-me.net/discography/sao-ordinal-scale-ost/

While we're on that page, the Vocals and Chorus are listed above the Musicians heading as well as below it, and there are some inconsistencies in the redundant info. I think the Vocals and Chorus listings above the Musicians heading could be deleted, as it seems less accurate than the listings below the Musicians heading, because I don't hear the Tokyo Konsei in track 1.6 "Welcome to Ordinal Scale." Here's another source that doesn't credit a big chorus in track 1.6: https://vgmdb.net/album/64049

Fixed the typo, haven't touched the rest.

Comment from @wormbook22 in chat:

anw, I won't be around much these days so next time if anyone sees Kuga, can u ask him to fix the setlist for the 10th anni live BD/DVD? TdT

Er sr for the unclear response. And I forgot I can just post these things in the 4rum.

Basically I double-checked with some ppl who attended and/or watched Kalafina 10th anni live setlist and BD/DVD release and realized some inconsistencies with the setlist in the main CPM site: (https://canta-per-me.net/live-events/2018-kalafina-10th-anniversary/ - video release used the same setlist)
  • Entry 26. when the fairy tale ends (FBM Instrumental) wasn't played in the concert.
  • Last 3 entries (Eden, Samidare ga Sugita Koro ni 「五月雨が過ぎた頃に」, Yasashii Uta 「やさしいうた」) were played as the audience exited, not performed in the live, so that should be noted in the setlist. At first I got a major confusion cuz I thought they were performed in the live but were cut from the BD/DVD. Also, playback of Samidare and Yasashii Uta were cut from the BD/DVD release irrc.
If this info is correct, could someone fix the setlist in the main site?
