My guess would be Fate/Zero's studio production staff (Ei Aoki and co), assuming it's a photo from that era. Hikaru's hair looks too long for it to be a recent pic.

Same here! Always refreshing to see some studio pictures of where they record etc! I assume the 19/11 release has already been recorded so maybe it's the next release after?!

It looks like he's gone back to playing his red one now too...that man must have a room full of guitars, but he always seems to come back to the same one (and always sounds amazing)!
