Continuing with my browsing the japanese wikipedia (OMG I AM SO GOING TO FAIL MICROBIOLOGY ON MONDAY)
We saw in the MBS 2003 interview (

It was called 梶浦由記のサウンドスケッチ (Kajiura Yuki no Sound Sketch)
ended in 2006 March 31, and the current host is Matsumoto Eiko (a singer)
There is a short description of the show:
パーソナリティーは作曲家の梶浦由記で、アシスタントはなし。トーク番組であるが時事・社会ネタは比較的少ない。雑学ネタも繰り広げられるが、梶浦の身辺雑記的なことや感じたこと、直近の仕事についてなどが多い。とくに仕事については、アニメの音楽を数多く引き受けていることから、一種のアニラジ的要素もある。いわゆるヤンマーニネタなどネット上で繰り広げられた事も取り上げる事もあり、彼女のファンに聴取者が多くいるといわれる。２曲放送される曲についても、梶浦本人のお気に入りの曲や彼女の作品が流される事が多い。

I wonder if they taped it.... somehow need to obtain them and... listen to her beautiful voice
