A whole year with no lives? Dayum. Well, maybe she wants to focus on other projects.

I just hope there's more than one instrumental live, and she invites guests, otherwise the girls will be exhausted.

@Kowz: maybe they are doing Kalafina lives, since there might be a new single soon, and hopefully a new album towards the end of the year or early next year. But I hope they aren't pushed too hard either, since a day and a night version in one day? Wow...

I want to go to one of them at least! *sigh* If I win the lottery (which was 110 million last time) I will take everyone from CPM.

Well, my aim is to go for all 6 sessions in Tokyo or all 3 sessions in Osaka, depending on what my schedule allows (and my luck at getting tickets). Really hope I can go for 6 in Tokyo but it'll probably be harder than vol. 9.

Deputy service. Not cheap though. I pay 1,500 jpy as commission for each ticket. I'm considering alternatives, perhaps look for local travel agencies like what Kugayama is doing. Concert tickets in Japan generally have a lot of hidden costs, which can add up to a lot. Bank transfer fees, handling fees, convenience store fees, etc. My Budokan tickets cost over 20,000 JPY total, including shipping to SG.

L-tike requires you to go grab the tickets way before the concert date, usually several weeks after the lottery, which made being in Japan physically mandatory. Eplus is a little more generous, allowing you to grab them from machines anytime, until the concert ends. Problem with both though, is that they specifically state in the FAQ saying they do not accept foreign credit cards. So you will still need someone who either has a JP credit card or bank account, or can be in Japan to make payment at a convenience store. Payment usually has to be done days after the lottery ends to confirm your ticket. Otherwise, it is forfeit.

Why they make it so hard for foreigners to attend is beyond me. SG, HK, MY. None of the other countries I've seen Kalafina/FJ in are anywhere as anti-foreigner as them. I wonder if Kajiura and the utahimes are aware of how hard it is for us to actually obtain tickets. They probably can't do anything about it though.

For those looking to go, here is how the lotteries/sales generally go.
1) FJC lottery
2) (Occasional) 2nd FJC lottery
3) CD/BD lottery if the timing is right (eg. Best Red/Blue for Kalafina Budokan, Vol. 9 for KajiFes)
4) Homepage lottery (open to all)
5) General sales

I expect there to be a lottery for those who buy the FJ vol. 11 BD but they have yet to even announce a date for the FJC lottery.
 
Those are a lot of days. Can;t wait to hear if she performs some new songs live. Personally, I;m hoping for preparation, m19 20 from knk 3, and ship of fools. On the instrumental side, I'll be ecstatic if she brings in a string quartet.
