I usually just use Youtube, or whatever Google directs me to I like tudou too, but most Chinese web sites are too slow to load...or maybe it's just my horrible internet

Youtube and vimeo seem to work well (one can download videos from these sites reasonablly easily).

Other (file sharing / torrent) sites one has to know that a particular video exists there first.
