TV Tokyo's Anison Plus

On the website it says Monday late night at 0325 to 0355 JST, which is 3.25am Tuesday JST if you follow conventional time. By the way, do check the timetable page (http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/index/timetable/) as the time slot may change every now and then e.g. the broadcast next Monday (February 13) airs at 3.55am instead of 3.25am.

No, I haven't watched Anison Plus via keyhole TV yet. There were a few torrents around of earlier programmes but I was unaware of anyone making the programmes regularly available for download.

Oops I thought you meant the New Years TV special...^^|| for the regular program the official website actually lets you see it online for free! But you have to be in Japan....unless you can somehow bypasses that :)

Keyhole TV lets you legitimately watch/listen to a low bandwidth version of Japanese radio and television.
