The Battle Is To The Strong Live

This is one of my fav fictionjunction songs and is also from the first ever fictionjunction video I watched. When this song was included in the FictionJunction 2010-2013 live album I was pleased. I then noticed it sounded quite different from the performance I heard on youtube which was from this video:

Unfortunately the sound has been muted however isn't the footage in that youtube video from the Type-Moon 10th anniversary blu ray? If it is that I definitely need to get the blu ray.

At the back of the box on the 2010-2013 album Battle is to the Strong was sung at the event that was is in spring 2012 so if this is not the Type-Moon event then that would explain the differences. I prefer the Type-Moon festival performance.

Is the footage in video definitely in the type-moon 10th blu ray set? Also is it region free?
 
Yes the footage in that youtube video is from Type Moon Festival 10th anniversary BD. The one from live best CD is from Yuki Kajiura Live vol.8 Spring 2012. Since I don't like the song I don't have any preference which one is better lol though the one from Live Best CD sounds really "compressed" (idk how to describe it)

Idk if it's region free or not because I am not familiar with BD. Here we still mostly use DVDs lol.

Thanks for info. Yeah the live CD version of the track does sound compressed.
 
You're from the UK right Squall? I am as well, and I just imported the Type-Moon 10th BD a couple weeks back actually. I tested it out on my PS3 and it played fine, so I assume it's region free since I believe our BD region is different to Japan's, unlike with DVDs.

Yeah I am from UK. Thanks for confirming it works. I just ordered it last night from a Japanese seller on amazon but I could only get a used copy. It was £55

On ebay the secondhand prices start from over £70. Ouch! :swt:

It's not often cheaper than that. I got mine for around £22 or so from surugu-ya as it has some minor damage on the outer box. Considering how much it was reduced I can't really complain.
