Atlas Star
El Cazador de la Yuki
Hey guys!
So recently (more like since the dawn of time) I've been noticing that I would listen to a song and then think to myself "OMG this song sounds like it was COMPOSED FOR KALAFINA" because of either song style or harmonization potential or whatever. Thus, I wanted to start a thread about this!
OK let me begin:
1. Ever Since New York - Harry Styles (https://youtu.be/5bRDGQAUag8)
So the chorus has a three-layer harmonization work going on and totally reminds me of Kalafina. I even tried muttering some Japanese words along with the chorus and it worked out so magically ahahahah I imagine this as a WAKANA lead song with HIKARU doing upper harmonizations and KEIKO lower
2. Tu y Yo - Thalia (https://youtu.be/dd5WNZ7E60I)
No harmonizations really in this song, but the CHORUS just screams a potential KEIKO song to me. I especially appreciate the end of the chorus where Thalia sings "Yo~~...oohhh.... oooohh" while descending on the scale..
That's all I can think of for now ^_^
