Damn I forgot to sign up to get one of those... (I already had bought a ticket :/)
I wonder if it's too late...

^Nah, I think it's too late. The site says:
"We will begin sending out gifts during the week of 2/6 and continue accepting claims until 2/28"

Rip :(

I have one: as an SAO Hollywood concert 'survivor', I received one from AniplexUSA, along with a commerative tote bag(presumably since I had a VIP ticket), which I have promptly framed. The one you're seeing on eBay is, no doubt, from a ticket scalper who has no interest in owning a piece of 'alternative history'--a concert program from a show that didn't happen, at least tangibly.
As an aside, I'll be sharing my bittersweet story about this experience this Easter Sunday at Shumatsucon in downtown Columbus, Ohio during my audio-visual presentation 'Yuki Kajiura: Adventures in Anime Music': I'm using the song 'She Was Here, Alone 2' from 'Erased' along with my pictures of the Dolby Theater tour I took that weekend to illustrate just how amazing it could have been.
If you can't be there in person, please join us in spirit..!

Not that the seller isn't some "ticket scalper" or just greedy ("rare", $100) but not everyone cares for pamphlets. Unless it came with some tokuten music CD, I'd probably be selling or giving away mine, too.

^It has a lengthy interview with Yuki. I haven't read it yet, as it makes me sad to even look at the items. *sigh* I do like the pencil or glasses case though.

Liana_llia: I've read the program interviews, and two thoughts occurred to me. One: that Kajiura-sensei was going to play as many 'SAO' tracks as she could manage within the concert's parameters--that's four CDs worth of Kajiura goodness. If there was one song I looked forward to hearing live from the series more than others, it would have to be 'Tonky', with Akagie-san rocking that flute! Two: would we have been treated to a couple of the 'Ordinal Scale' tracks at the concert? Wouldn't that've been so cool?!?
Leaves me scratching my head why anyone wouldn't've wanted to be there.
BTW--I do hope your dream will be realized for you! I felt I was so close I could taste it--, so I'm now like you: after all, I have a concert program that has an empty 'Autograph' page....
Third thought: considering the venue, what are the odds, you think, that they would've recorded the concert for a CD release? The Dolby probably has one of the most sophisticated sound systems on the planet--why wouldn't you avail yourself of that...?

Consider this, though. Let's take, for instance, the four 'Yuna' cues(admittedly, the Ordinal Scale score is more cues than full compositions)--surely the Great Fiction-Maker could take these and weave them together into one cohesive song. Ditto the 'Mystery of Ordinal Scale' cues; add the fact that it's a live, with a dozen of her hand-picked musician/performers, and you have the potential recipe for wonderment. But then, I'm on record saying that hearing Kajiura-sensei playing 'Chopsticks' live would make me happy,too....

^ If you listen the "Yuna" tracks once again you will see they are exactly the same with slitely different sfx each, so there's nothing to merge there.

But then again, if Jimmy Page can make 'Dazed and Confused' half-an-hour long during a Led Zep concert..., I could see taking a 30 second cue and make it into at least a three minute performance, unrestrained by the needs of scoring a feature film(Now that you've got me thinking about it, the songs were given more prominence than the incidentals for 'Ordinal Scale', which actually buttresses the movie's story--won't say much more for fear of spoilers). Be that as it may, between the four girls she would've had with her that night, no reason they couldn't have done 'Ubiquitous db' or one of the other Yuna songs--sure it's not Lisa's vocals, but they are Kajiura's songs; hearing any of them played live surely would've put a smile on anyone's face, ne?

Um... the only songs Kajiura scored in the 2nd disc are longing, delete and smile for you. The other 2, Ubiquitous dB and Break Beat Bark are from other artists, as stated here

Well, oops. The last update I saw had led me to believe that all the songs were hers; no matter--the other three tracks would've been great to hear, too! Anyways, the reality was we got no concert, so yes, that bubble got burst. But the 'what might have been' bubble is fully intact. After all, I'm one of these crazy fans that isn't content with keeping the joy of Kajiura-sensei's music all to myself, and am known to engage in quixotic ideas to broaden the fan base(see my 'Kara no Kyoukai' thread for an example).
