SAO Film Orchestra Concerts 2020/21: 3/7 - 23/9 2021

So, I asked directly to Aniplex and their answer is as follows (translated):

"[...] After confirming with the department in charge, Yuki Kajiura said that she has no plans to go on stage because she is a supervisor.
Also, regarding live viewing in foreign countries, it is currently under consideration. [...]"

But the Tokyo concert is in 11 days, so consider it geolocked already (or at least they won't help you with japanese procedures and you may experience some heavy lag with local servers (?)). And don't deceive yourself reading the "under consideration" for the next concerts, it's just japanese phrasing for a "no" (lol, kidding).

Indeed it was obvious for both informations, as Kajiura is already busy with her live tour and there has been no english translation or information.

Still disappointed that she won't lead her own music, would have been good for her fame and epic pictures of her on piano surrounded by dozens of performers. I'm also wondering what's her involvement as "supervisor"...

TBH I wonder if ANIPLEX would really know whether it would be available worldwide or not. I feel that's more on stagecrowd and whatever papers they sign.

Anyhow, considering it's SAO and ANIPLEX, one could hope for a bluray release like Kimetsu concert... Then again, Kimetsu is the bigger phenomenon these days for whatever reason. And where's my standalone Alicization Music Collection? :(

The concert is on Stagecrowd, whose idea of “geo-restrictions” is requiring a Japanese address to register for most events as opposed to needing access through VPN. Overseas credit cards are accepted. I’ve watched quite a number of Stagecrowd live events but have to lie about my location every time because my country (Canada) is not officially supported, even on the so-called “overseas” targeted streams.

I'd assume it's going to be the same footage from when they are streaming the concert (early setlist leak?) but your guess is as good as mine. There was no tracklist for the bluray when I posted it.
