Project Speculation Thread

As the title says, this thread is for speculation about possible projects Yuki could be involved in for the future. I think she's be doing Girls' Work when it eventually comes out. It seems really different from her usual show, but Ufotable has said that they want to involve her in as many of their projects as possible. As for the upcoming season, I haven't really seen anything that might suit her.
 
^ Grunty has said before that there has been no news about girls work for alot of years, so Im not sure if they will make it.

I want her to work for some videogame soundtrack, I have missed those.
 
Yes, video games would be nice, or an anime movie? I mean, she's done KnK, and Madoka now, so she can do longer movies. (Listening to the Emeraldas ost now, I think the Captain Harlock franchise would be a good fit for her) She may do another drama, or focus more on Kalafina and FJ, which would be good too. I would like a full orchestra with the girls singing as well!
 
I'm really hoping she's brought on board for Heaven's Feel. UBW is working out fine with Fukasawa as composer, but that has a different atmosphere (especially with Miura's directing style). I'm not sure if he could 'do dark' in the same way. Something in the vein of KnK movie #3 would work brilliantly I think.
 
step out of Ufotable or whatever that is. unless it's going to be like KnK.

Anime, an ost like Madlax, Tsubasa, Mai Hime would be great (I haven't watched the shows but am referring to the osts)

Video games please. with full Orchestra with focus on Hanae, Yuriko, Margaret Dorn (yes I'm referring to Xenosaga) and Remi. Also electronic tracks that blend so well with Kajiura'a arrangement skills.

If more drama, like HtA please. Another historical female character and possibly with NHK.

above all, as I always say, an opera score.

(this turned out to be a request thread again haha; I can't speculate any future projects at this point)

they said they didn't forget about it. there is slow progress but it's getting there.
for video games, i'd love to see her do zelda. or for something really different, i wouldn't mind seeing her do a mario game, provided it has the right setting.
 
I was just thinking she could do a Silent Hill game, even though they've gone with the same composer I think for all of them, she really has some creepy tracks out there, like the piano song in the new SAO episode. It would be interesting anyways.

(Oh and wat you should definitely watch Tsubasa. Madlax and Mai are okay, but Tsubasa just is too awesome. I wish the new songs in the OVA were released, they are awesome. So I agree another soundtrack like it would be great, it's one of my favorite animes and osts of all time.)
 
Yeah, I said wishes. Ugh, that one song is just so good! Anyways, I would like more RHH osts too, the music is just so angelic.

Stop dreaming Daphné, Miyazaki has always been working with Joe Hisaishi and it's as wonderful this way as would be working with Kajiura-sama. Hisaishi's music is an entire part of Miyazaki's productions and I don't know if Kajiura-sama's music would fit it.

I know. Each of them are so important to my eyes.
I know it'll never happen, but this is one of my most precious dream.

Hey, could you tell me what part of the OVAs I can hear the unreleased tracks? I just assumed they were all part of the released OST lol.
 
I have them ripped but I will make new ones since I know a new filter that will do better job, just wait until tomorrow :)
 
Wat: If you are talking about RHH, I am not sure where you can find them, but you can buy them on cdjapan, saw the complete box set on there the other day.

Yeah, it's unreleased so it means that there is no physical copy of it, but George here has ripped them, and has put them on the respected threads. I am saying I hope she comes out with another Works for Soundtracks, like she did earlier. Or maybe a couple? Though it could have 3 cds this time. :plz::innocent:

I just found a thread on Tsubasa Tokyo unreleased music, damn that one vocal track when Syaoran awakens is SO good! The other ones are mostly backdrop music or not that notable, but this one is an important one. It even has vocals, so... I hope Kajiura will one day perform it live so we can have an official recording. At least there's not much talking in this scene so you can hear it pretty well.

I'm guessing there's no unreleased music in Shunraiki though? Just Tokyo?
