I am really surprised to see so much people on the forum talking about this group and no topic dedicated to it.
Unfortunately, I do not have the time to present the group as I did for Haruna Luna as there are so much things to say and little time (today) to do it.

I will only say, Perfume is one of the most important group of Electro-JPop. It is composed of three women : Aachan, Nocchi and Yuka.
One of their song was used as a BGM in the Pixar's Animation film "Cars 2", the same as they gave their voices to some characters in the film (when the action is at Tokyo).

Currently, they have announced the release of a new single "Magic of Love", the DVD of the "Perfume World Tour 1st" and a new world tour "Perfume World Tour 2nd". This one will take place in Cologne(Germany), London(England) and Paris(France) during the month of July.

Perfume will release a new studio album in Spring 2016 and will go on a national tour to support the album.

I really hope they come back to the UK again next year, I saw them back in 2014 and they did a damn fine job. New album coming in Spring too, so hopefully they'll do another international tour after the already announced national one.
 
I think it is their natural voices in Star Train, yes. The girls do know how to sing, you just don't hear it often.
