Yes, another question - this one's been bugging me for longer than the last one.

The 2nd Noir OST includes a piano version of Kirei na Kanjou, which I assume was arranged by Yuki. The full version, by Arai Akino, is the ending theme. Was Yuki involved in composing it at all?

I've found places that say she was / that she composed it, but I want to make sure. I think it's likely that she might have worked with Arai on it, because it's very Arai-esque. But I just don't get a particularly "Yuki" vibe from the song.

:desksweat:

Yuki has nothing to do with "Kirei na Kanjou". As you said, it's entirely arai-esque.

Looking at the CD case/booklet, Kajiura didn't have anything to do with Kirei na Kanjou, normal version or piano version. Both versions were written and composed by Akino Arai (with arrangement by Hisaaki Hogari).

But as you said, that song doesn't have a Kajiura vibe, but it definitely does have a strong Akino Arai vibe! ^^

I like Akino Arai =D
but she cooperated with you-know-who x]

I don't like anything connected with ALI PROJECT at all <.< - ok OST wannabe tracks are usually acceptable but not the rest <.<

yeah it seems that the only good ali project songs are the upbeat ones that the do for anime >_< their own CDs songs are usually so...slow and weird

ALI PROJECT is good. :sohappy: I used to not really like them, thinking they always sounded the same, but then I checked their full albums and fell in LUB with many of the tracks.

i don't think they really sound the same.... though i only heard ops and endings by them and aka to kuro which is my favorite song by them.

oh and OMG fast reply :dote:

my favorite song is kinjirareta asobi~
and glass tenjou no uchuu, the instrumental version from the Lento CD

ALI Project songs tend to be a bit weird, but I like the ones they did for Noir and Marimite.

AP's vocal songs don't sound with that much diversion, but many of them are still so good. I love OP & ED from Avenger, and also King's Knight from .hack//roots.
Actually, i've heard nothing but their anime works. And in all aspects, from what i've heard I like hack/roots best!

Ali Project is fine for me...I love their songs from .hack//Roots, Noir & Rozen Maiden.

Wait, wait....is this a subject change? :ayashii:

I can see how people can say that their music sounds the same but you have to keep this in mind, it's their style! Me, I simply adore their music with a passion! :sohappy: I've got a shit-load of their music and whenever I get something new from them, they never cease to amaze me! :dote:

Hey Ali project

I'm a huge fan of them. I do love their jobs I do not us to hear to much the ancient ones but i Lone the new ones.

The do not sound the same. well the song for anime use to be similar yes. I admite that but their original works are better.

Sometimes in very weird lol I know

For people who want to try Non anime song but not too many beat up try tis one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-3oCJXDubY
or a String original song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y641v0pSdIw

Both are great songs but not the typical asociated with Ali project :sparkleguy:

I really liked Ali Project on Avenger and that's about it. .hack//Roots was pretty lackluster and their ending for Phantom hurts my ears. :XD:
