Hi,
So, this is my first post here, and I just want to say that everything Kajiura-sama composes, sings, arranges or otherwise works on is pure genius. Seriously, I keep being amazed each time I hear something new she did... :dote:
Now that that's out of the way...Maybe you guys can help me identify a song I saw on youtube, it was a live performance, and I *think* it was sung by Kalafina but not sure. Probably had Keiko-chan in it though :)
All I remember from it is the Kajiuran chant, which makes it so much more awesome but harder to identify.
So here it is...I could be wrong here, but this is whats stuck in my mind for a few days now...its basically just "iyala, iyala, iyala, iya iya" over and over again. I know the song both starts and ends (abruptly) with this chant.
Again, what I remember probably doesnt help much, but thats all I got.
So, any ideas? Anything, just throw out some suggestions...

Thank you

Reading Course: read and memorize all the Kajiuran lyrics hoste at this site.
Listening Comprehension Course: transcribe any Kajiuran song to come.
Speaking Course: after getting the outline of the language specifics and common features, practice them. Endure enough blank, puzzled and WTF stares of those you communicate with to pass.
Writing Course: write a) a set of lyrics in Kajiuran, b) a short story in Kajiuran and c) Yuki Kajiura's biography in Kajiuran.
Good luck! :sparkleguy: :ohoho:

LOL, thanks for the good laugh. :ohoho:
So many awesome pieces of music, I cant decide on a favorite...any suggestions? Theyre all so good <3 I gotta see them live...Here's hoping for many more years of success and creation.
PS. Random thought, I wonder how long it takes them to memorize the Kajiuran and how weird it looks in katakana xD

Just listen to all you can get your hands down on. Dive into this precious experience, and leave picking favourites for later, or let them define themselves when the time comes. :sparkleguy:

IIRC Yuriko mentioned in the YK Live Vol.2 interview that Yuki writes Kajiuran lyrics in romaji. :ayashii:

Btw, the TVtropes entry for Pandora Hearts views this language as such:

Bilingual Bonus: Alice's battle theme, "Bloody Rabbit" is sung in Kajiura Yuki's own personal language, a mix of Spanish, Latin, Japanese, Italian, and whatnot. People refer to it as Kajiurian or Kajiurago.

:ohoho: :ohoho: :ohoho:
