But I have another question about musicians, and I thought I'd post here instead of making a new thread :desksweat: Yes, I look in the background a lot :V:

I found the live performance of Swimmer from the '90s the other day on Youtube, and I noticed that all the band members in the back weren't credited. And the drummer looks suspiciously like Sato Kyoichi to me.

Does anyone else think so? Does anyone actually know who he is? :confu:

I have the scans of Dream Field and he played in those songs

I have the early best album at home (i'm at school) and I'll check the credits in the inserts for swimmer if no one else finds out by that time XD

Does anyone know who performed the guitar solo in Egao no Wake? Sounds a bit like Koichi-san to me, but the guitar has a different sound to it that I haven't heard before... :confu:
 
Were Yuki's musicians involved in the first place, considering that she doesn't usually arrange Kaori Hikita's songs?
 
Actually, looking at the credits on the lyric page, it says it's arranged by HAL, and the chorus arrangement is by Kajiura-sensei. So I suppose her musicians might not be involved at all!

I never thought it'd be arranged by someone else...just naturally took it for granted :desksweat:
 
i checked booklet for hikita's album "natural", and it doesnt list musicians :blood:
I have scans for namae no nai michi and that lists musicians that are not yuki's, but i dont have the egao no wake single :cry:

Yeah, that probably means they weren't Kajiura-sensei's musicians :rain: I'm a little surprised, because that guitar solo was REALLY good. :desksweat:

By the way Kerahna, did you check the I Have A Dream booklet to see if Kyoichi Sato did the drums? :plz:
