Hi i found the game, but i'm not able to extract the audio from it (i tried with winiso but only got the ending song, the score is trapped into the game iso) so i'm requesting if someone with proper skills could do the job

from what i listened to the score is pretty similar to double cast one but i don't care, i need it

Too bad I don't know how to do such things. I have the game, too, and I second the request strongly.

For now, to somehow leave a mark in YK discography place, I've made the Meguri Aishite folder and copied Koi no Kiseki there.

ROFL, btw have you ever seen the PV? the old koi no kiseki is different.
