LIVE version longer than Studio version

I can't help but notice that some of the live versions of the songs are a bit longer... some were also combined with another song... like the live salva nos, it has new lyrics somewhere between the christe eleison part and the last dominus deus part... also the mezame live has some ensei part in the middle... the zodiacal live has some awake part in the middle of the song :confu:
 
We can find some of Conflict for Break's lyric in Zodiacal Lyric.
Materialise has different lyric from the original.

Summary:
We can find variation of Kajiura Yuki's song in Live Version!
We can find differences between the live version & original
It makes we (the audience) feel no boring!

Yeah, it's kinda normal for the live versions have some differences from the original ones. Some artists make totally diff versions of their songs just to show 'em on their performances x)
 
I like the LIVE version of everlasting song than the studio version., Love the intro... I think there's a mix of english version after the violin solo???
 
Also, 2-3 min songs for anime would be too short for live version. I think Yuki arranged some to make them more fun (more guitar/violin solos, for example).
 
I wonder how the bloody rabbit Live ver. sounds like... wanna hear it!!! It's a shame it wasn't included in the Live CD :uh..:
 
Well that is to make it original and fresh. Like I LOVE the live version of "in the land of twilight,,," it gives it an extra umph. That is why the live versions are not really longer but different. It depends on peoples opinion, but I don't want to go to a concert where the songs are EXACTLY the same way as the studio version. Also, on the artists comes up with new ideas and different versions of their songs and they don't have to record them, and they can play them live, making the show more unique than a karaoke contest.
