Basically, there are two things wrong with this English translation:
1. It sounds like it was done by someone without a very good command of English
2. They tend to split up one phrase into two, or more, way too often

Take "生きぬいてこそ　感じられる　永遠の愛しさの中　果たしたい　約束" - "Within the eternal love, which I can feel it indeed surviving, it's a promise that I want to fulfill".
Instead of three whole sections, this can just be "This is a promise I want to accomplish within the eternal love that I can feel alive here", which I think is a lot easier to understand!

Anyway, my translation:

I want to show you that I'll protect you to the end
Even in the middle of the troubles of fulfilling my solitary wish
This is a promise I want to accomplish for the sake of something irreplaceable
No answer has yet been found in this doubt-stricken world
But still, I advance ahead, why?

On the road that points straight ahead, there are cypress trees stretching to the sky
I'll believe in the wonder called "right now"
If this dreamlike reality is something that I can change with my own hands...

I want to show you that I'll protect you to the end
Even in the middle of the troubles of fulfilling my solitary wish
This is a promise I want to accomplish for the sake of something irreplaceable
I vow to my fast-beating heart that I'll continue to run until I burn out
This is a promise I want to accomplish within the eternal love that I can feel alive here

The radiantly spreading yellow color of the sunflowers that bloom at the bottom of the hill
Shines on the light of my hopes

If there are things I can change
There should be a different way of life as well
I'll risk everything, because I want to be shining in this time that's been granted me
Just taking breaths and existing here give me overflowing feelings
Just by being able to think "my happiness exists for me"
This moment sheds enough light to be lovely - I don't know how much
