There must be some way to get it using fromjapan.co.jp - if I'd been alert at the time I could have bought more copies to share around. I could ask Kaori Hikita on twitter or if you are on Facebook you could ask her that way.
 
PS, Kaori Hikita sang the Yuki Kajiura composition / Yuuho Iwasato lyrics song "Namae no nai Michi" (Amatsuki ED) at the live show in Hakata on 19 November 2016 that I attended.

Funny how I saw Yuuho Iwasato on 26 November 2016 also.

looks like her soundcloud's been updated since I last checked, there's now a bio:
Kaori Hikita was born in Japan in 1986.
Her first big break as a singer and pianist came in 2005 when she sung the theme song “Loveless” of a popular Japanese television cartoon. Soon she became well known as a vocalist of Japanese anime soundtracks and she recorded theme songs for 6 more cartoon TV shows. The Princess Cruise asked her to perform on the Diamond Princess in 2016. She played and sung on the ship every night to have passengers from all over the world deeply touched. After this, she started to support a company producing unique music therapy for children with developmental disabilities.

Kaori Hikita has a live listed for 31 March 2018 location TBD but I assume in Tokyo, when I should be able to attend.
