Kajiura fan from the Philippines!

Hi Hi! I've been a Kajiura fan since her Tsubasa Chronicle works (and up to now I still believe that's her best work), I love Kalafina to bits and now I'm taking the courage to finally fly to Japan and (hopefully) secure a ticket to LisAni 2014 to watch them live! So sad that Kajiura won't be there though.. I almost wanted to ditch LisAni but with the time constraints I have LisAni is my best bet to watch Kalafina asap.

Anyway, looking forward to great discussions with you guys!

Hi Sakurachan, I've used my travel agent who has a representative in Tokyo to do things like join FictionJunction club on my behalf and bid for concert tickets. I haven't yet been to a Lisani concert, but the Lisani Live 2010 videos helped convince me to see Kalafina at Animelo Summer Live 2011 (my first trip to Japan).

If you want details for my travel agent and their representative in Japan please let me know. I hope that you get to see all of Kalafina and Yuki Kajiura and her singers and the Front Band Members soon!

In the meantime, please feel wecome here, and ask any questions you like about Yuki Kajiura's music.

^ I haven't used JCT, only my travel agent, Yahoo Japan auctions and on one occasion a friend living in Japan. Note that with FictionJunction Club member-only shows that you will need to show your membership card and possibly other ID (in the case of one show, I had to show my passport in addition to FJC membership card and ticket, and for another I had the katakana form of my name on the ticket, and had to show id with that form of the name and my passport).

My travel agent is http://www.japanholidays.com.au and they work with http://www.idtours.co.jp - it has proven very helpful to have someone based in Tokyo who can help.

Lucky you've got a friend over there! I'm still thinking about joining the FC since I'm not sure if I'll get my annual fee's worth.

I'm guessing your travel agent only process requests from Aussies - or do they actually do transactions with anyone in the world? Now I'm wondering if our travel agencies here could do the same...
 
welcome Sakura-chan! I also believe that tsubasa ost is one of Yuki's best works since she had the chance to experience with many different types of music due to how tsubasa's plot is. Its really sad they havent continued the anime, there's still lots of manga that hasnt been animated :S

My travel agent will do requests from people outside Australia - I do most of my organising with them by email. They have been working with the same travel agents in Japan for over 30 years.

The FJC membership is worth it if it means that you can get to one concert you would otherwise miss or if there is some merchandise that you would otherwise miss.

I have only attended one live performance of Kalafina, and that was in Indonesia during AFAID2013... I wish that I can get to attend a YK live in the future...

Thanks for the tip! I'd love to do business with them soon. As for FJC, I'd definitely join once I get the right amount of $$$ :)

AFAID... it's about time to bring AFA to PH as well don't you think? ;) I also wish to attend a YK live! (honestly I'd like my first Japan trip to be for YK's concert but I can't wait to visit Japan any longer! ah well...)
