Did someone call me?
This is a silly thing I dreamt up for Märchen when I was on the verge of falling asleep whilst listening to the new single one night. It almost certainly doesn't fit the song lyrics-wise and maybe only vaguely fits it otherwise, and is also probably too violent and action-movie-y to ever be done but it was nonetheless fun to imagine

Scene:
A desert.
In the horizon beyond a hazy heat mirage you see a sleek black car driving down the dusty dirt road. It pulls up in front of what appears to be a secret base or facility of some sort.
The driver door opens, and Hikaru emerges, dressed in a suit with black gloves and dark sunglasses. She opens the back passenger door.
Out steps Kajiura, also dressed in a suit and clutching a silver briefcase and duffel bag. She gives the briefcase and duffel bag to Hikaru to hold.
Out of the facility come a bevy of suit-clad guards, who also wear black sunglasses. Despite the heat of the desert, everyone is wearing suits.
The guards briskly escort Hikaru and Kajiura into the facility.
0:30 - 0:44 (Wakana’s verse)
Scene changes to Keiko, sneaking into facility through the air vents. She places charges throughout as she crawl through. She holds a small device that appears to show a map of the facility, and she is displayed as an arrow moving towards a place with a red dot indicating her target.
0:45 - 0:58 (Hikaru’s verse)
Cut back to Hikaru and Kajiura. They are shown into a meeting room with another bunch of men in dark suits. One man in dark suit, more important than the other suits, it seems, is seated at the head of the long table. Kajiura sits at the other end of the long table, facing the man. They stare each other down. Hikaru stands behind Kajiura like a bodyguard of sorts.
0: 59 - 1:31 (Flute/Instrumentals/Kajiurago)
Keiko reaches her target. She unscrews the grate that opens out from the vents to the room below. There is a disc that is encased in a box, with two security guards standing in front of it. Keiko secures herself in a harness and begins to slowly lower herself into the room. The two guards don’t even hear her descending upon them. She chloroforms one of the guards, then knocks the other one out cold before he’s even fully realised what just happened.
Back to the meeting room. Kajiura snaps her fingers and on cue, Hikaru opens the silver briefcase, revealing swathes of sheet music. The man at the head of the table leans forward interestedly. She gestures to Hikaru, who pushes a polaroid photograph across the table. It’s a picture of the disc that was seen in the room Keiko was in. The man picks it up, studies the photo, shakes his head. He waves a hand and one of his lackeys brings forth a tray laden with wads of cash. Kajiura raises a hand to Hikaru, who snaps the briefcase of sheet music shut. The man looks peeved. Kajiura is unmoved.
1:32 - 1:57 (Keiko's verse/Hikaru's verse)
Back to Keiko. She reaches out for the box encasing the mysterious disc. But as soon as she touches the glass case, multiple alarms start blaring, lights flashing and so forth. She quickly grabs the disc and manages to slide out at the last moment under the security gate that comes slamming down. She tucks the disc into her pocket and pulls out a gas mask, which she puts on. She pulls out the small device she had been using as a map and presses a button on it. The charges she left in the vents activate, pouring out gas of some sort which starts to fill the facility. She runs through the corridor, quickly incapacitating the guards that come running to her with efficient kicks and punches. The gas seems to be making them weaker and slower. Keiko is running past a lot of soldiers who just collapsed in the hallways.
1:58 - 2:08 (Guitar/Kajiurago)
The alarms go off in the meeting room too. The man and his guards are caught by surprise. Kajiura and Hikaru are nonplussed, Hikaru pulling out two gas masks from the duffel bag. They put them on just as the smoke/gas starts to fill the room. Kajiura and her take their silver briefcase and leave the room. Hikaru dispatches of the guards that try to come for them. The important man struggles to his feet, his handkerchief pressed to his mouth. He looks furious, having realised he has been duped. He gestures for his guards to catch them, though nearly everyone is incapacitated by the mysterious smoke.
2:09 - 2:35 (Hikaru’s verse)
They run out of the facility and go to their car, pursued by some of the guards who were not incapacitated by the gas/smoke. The entire facility has alarms and lights blaring. The guards try to shoot the car as Hikaru and Kajiura drive off but the bullets bounce off the car. It is obviously bulletproof. Hikaru drives the car screeching around the side of the facility. Keiko tumbles out of a door and jumps in, also pursued by guards. As they get back on the desert road, some of the guards have jumped into a khaki-green 4wd vehicle and are driving after them.
2:36 - 3:00
The girls drive, dodging gun shots from the pursuing guards. As they drive past a rocky outcropping on top of a nearby hill, the camera pans out to show Wakana, lying flat behind some boulders with a sniper gun. As Hikaru & co.’s car goes tearing past, she snipes the tyres of the guards’ car. Their vehicle flips over, unable to pursue them. Moments later, the black Kala-getaway-car screeches up the hill, rounds the bend and stops behind Wakana. She gathers up her gear and jumps in. They drive off into the desert.
3:01 - end
In the car, the girls have all removed their masks. Kajiura holds out her hand, Keiko reaches into her pocket and pulls out the mysterious disc. All of them smile at each other. The camera pans down to the disc. It is stamped with the words: “TOP SECRET: All Unreleased Music”
I think I had more for other songs but I can't be bothered writing them down now.
