I was riding my bicycle home one evening and as I turned in a street (close to where I live) this truck comes out of nowhere and gets so close to the edge of my tired that I freaked out and swerved a bit.

When I turned in to the apt parking lot, he drove past me and I flipped him off.
He stops his truck, backs up, turns in to the parking lot and follows me.

I'm riding my bike as fast as I can, (he parks his truck and follows me on foot)
as I ride up this hill, I run out of energy.
When I got off my bike, this guy grabs my shoulder, I fall off my bike, as I got up, I shoved him in Self-Defense.
Then I said to him "Share The Road!"

Today I had an arraignment, not court (yet)
(he charge me with assault, which is a False Allegation)

I'm free. but the other Ass**** ain't getting away.
He pleaded out. The police obviously didn't do a investigation.
I'm more upset than nervous now because Justice was done right.

I'm proceeding with Summury
I'm charging him with: Assault, Assault with a deadly weapon, road-rage, trespassing onto private property and False Allegation charges.

This is what I've been :uh..: for the past 2 months.
 
Yeah, good luck! That guy definitely needs to be punished, since he was the one who almost ran YOU over. People are just... arrg. *sending prayers and thoughts*
 
Oh my!! How horrible!! A family member of mine went through this, so I understand how tough it is. Sending prayers as well!! People just aren't right!

Yes. Him being so close to my bike with his truck can be considered "Assault with a deadly weapon"
 
damn arq, so that's what happened... it's great that you got off free (as it should be) and that you're pressing charges against him! :plot: hope all of them sticks...
