I like Yuki
Hello everybody,
I am Raffaele from Naples in Italy, and I am pleased I dscovered this site all dedicated to musical art of Yuki Kajiura, then I immediately sended sign-up request, and well, uhm... here I am!
How I discovered Kajiura-Sensei art?
As many of us, I discovered of her by listening soundtrack musics and songs in Madoka Magica anime.
I am member of PIXIV artists community, and some years ago, PIXIV site begun being fillled with Madoka Magica fanart.
As being curious of that new phenomenon of massive fanart all of a sudden, I found by google that it was a new anime aired in TV. It had immediately an enormous success (and still continues to) and people on internet discussed that it has a superb soundtrack.
News about soundtrack revealed to be true. For example Kalafina Magia is really one of the most superb japanese anime ending songs I ever listen before!
Two years ago Madoka Magica was aired on italian national broadcast so I follow the anime and I was amazed that many of the songs contained italian spokesn or even recall Medieval/Renaissance musics with italian lyrics. Well, I can only be honorred of that.
Obviously my homeland related contents are perceived as truly "exotic" and interesting for japanese manga, anime and music artists.
Two days ago, I watched again Madoka Magica, but this time in original language on site popcorntv.it that is maintaned by official italian importer and distributor Dynit.
This second time I became curious of discovering if the musics I listen are real Renaissance music used in the anime as cover songs, or perhaps if it is modern music made by modern japanese musicians to resemble ancient european music.
Well, as you can imagine I discovered the musical fine art of Kajiura-San.
Now I become member of this beautiful site, and I am planning to enjoing it together with you.
Ciao,
Raffaele
