Hokuto no Ken Chorus person

Sorry to make a whole new thread about this, I just didn't know where to put it

Anyway, I was looking at the credits in the Hokuto no Ken booklet the other day, and I noticed a chorus credit for someone named Saitou Kaoru. 采等かおる, I believe the kana was.

There's no mention of him/her in the HnK Discography entry or in the Vocalists section, so who exactly is this person?

@Yuki88: I got it wrong It's actually 斉藤かおる. There seems to be a singer of that name around, but I can't find any detailed information at first glance.

^ Ah, I thought I saw that somewhere. I'm going to look up more about this person. Could she actually be the one who sang Where The Lights Are, I wonder?

I can't find the profile of this Saitou Kaoru
I only found a jazz-pianist called 齋藤薫
