Hi everyone! I've been on the main site quite a few times and I've finally decided to sign up for the forums. And guess what...I love KAJIURA YUKI!

I can't really remember how I got to know her music, but it's probably something like this: the first time I heard her music was FJYuuka's Akatsuki no Kuruma. Then I went on to watch Noir and that's probably when I fell in love with Kajiura's style. I love violins and she obviously does too, and the textures she creates....amazing! Then I watched Kara no Kyoukai and was totally blown away by the ending song oblivious sung by Kalafina. I'm now a huge Kalafina fan and my dream is to see them live in Japan.

There's not just Kalafina to see, but FJ, and some of the other singers like Chiaki Ishikawa, Yuuka Nanri and many others.

If you don't mind me asking, what country are you from?
 
Another violin lover! I started taking violin because of Yuki. (I had taken piano for 4 years prior) Welcome! I am Lina or Liana, it is nice to meet you and hope you like it here. :dote:

Wow, thanks for all the warm welcomes! It's been a while but I will still reply...

I'm from Hong Kong, currently studying university in Canada. And unfortunately, I am at that age when you want to start hiding your age X), but I haven't reached the 17-sai stage yet....thankfully. And yes, I translate Kalafina Club, so if you're interested, go ahead over to my blog!

That's great! the violin is such a difficult instrument, I've played for quite a few years and I still think it's difficult. But it is definitely my favourite instrument. Good luck with learning!

I've actually always wanted to do a violin only version of Hikari no Senritsu, maybe someday I will complete that

If you do I'd love to hear it! Hikari no Senritsu is my favorite song, and violin is one of my favorite instruments to listen to :ohoho:
