Been creeping around cpm and the forum for awhile and had never officially made a forum account... now I have! Glad to finally be a part of it too!!

I also wanted to do some shameless advertising.
A little while ago, I started a group called CantaPerMeCovers. Myself (KEIKO) and my partner WAKANA have covered a couple songs by Kalafina and FictionJunction, and plan to keep on singing until there is no other Kajiura song left to cover. She is our inspiration and the reason why we are both still lovers of music today. :shy:

We both still have some work to do, but we've only sang together a couple of times so we'll get better :)

The group name is actually based off cpm.net itself, as it has been my main source for lyrics and updates for the past few years... I suppose its sort of a way of saying thank you?

Welcome! Are you currently studying music? Have you been able to see Kalafina / FictionJunction / Yuki Kajiura live yet?

I'll try to listen through all your covers over the next day or so.
 
I've been doing music ever since I was little, but have never studied it professionally. It has always been a hobby of mine really. I haven't seen them live... yet, but someday I know I will be able to. Here in Canada, its not always the easiest. The closest they've been to me is Boston, but the timing wasn't great for me.

It's very nice to meet u. Haven't listened to yr covers yet (I'm not using home pc now, and this pc doesn't have a sound system) but I will later ^^ I bet yr covers will be amazing!

for a second I thought you were the actual Keiko and Wakana :XD:

Listenining to dreamscape, you both have nice and cute voices, but you need to use some more power when singing. Btw where did you found the dreamscape instrumental? I want! :knife:

Where are you from ? and How old you are you ?

Welcome! I am Liana. I will also try and listen to them too. I hope you like it here, well it seems you do. heh I have been here for about 4 years now, so ask away! I have tried to do some Yuki covers, B.T., sapphire, Kaze no Machi e, on my violin, but they did not turn out nearly as good, of course. Enjoy your stay! :dote:

I discovered Yuki Kajiura through Pandora Hearts, although I have heard her previous works such as those from Gundam Seed. What music from Pandora Hearts have you covered so far? I may start from there... :ayashii:

and thanks for the advice :) We're slowly working on our voices and how we sing together. Hopefully we'll get better with time. And we actually got the instrumental by the user shadowlink. He made it himself and let us use it.

I'm from Newfoundland, an island in east Canada, and WAKANA is from the western area of USA... don't really know in other words :P and I'm 19 almost 20.

@chrisgarci We haven't covered any from pandora hearts yet, but parallel hearts is coming down the line. I LOVE the sound track so they WILL be covered either in the group or solo. Both vocal and non vocal as I play piano and flute as well

Thank you too! But the site's not mine, neither was I founding member. The site was founded around 2007 by Kerahna and some guys (Kera's old boyfriend naoise, badmin, and Sudrien), I registered about 6 months later and I was so magically attracted by Yuki's song lyrics that I volunteered to work on the lyrics section, and as time passed I was working on more and more of the site, and will be always thankful to her since she was the one that taught me everything (and sent me all Yuki's musics since then) :XD:

Its something like that. It is free game to use he said, as long as he is credited when used. I can send it to you if you like.

I'm not actually sure. Right now, I suppose I represent both until she ultimately decides to join the forum. I hope she does soon though :)

gomen gomen, i was the same too... i thought you were some 'delegation' from CPM for youtube, like VareteAK....

so, you are Keiko-toned singer? kakkoii! :shy: :dote: i'll listen to your covers soon! (since this computer doesn't even have adobe flashplayer)
i was going to sing some YK song at Keiko's part too, but whenever i sang with Wakana's voice, my voice turned higher and higher ._.
what's your favorite song to sing?
 
Yeah I sing Keiko's range. My voice sounds a bit different of course, but the same range.

hmm... my favorite ones to sing are probably Dream Scape and Ongaku... oh and Sprinter!

And WAKANA apparently DOES have an account here!
