Hi! Long time lurker here! Decided to join because the world needs more Hikaru fans! :)

My name is Cat and I'm mainly a Hikaru fan :dote: and Kalafina too. I've been following Kajiura Yuki's works in general ever since the .hack days (yes, I'm old lol) and I was first drawn to her because of the original instruments and mysterious tone of her music. Obviously, a lot of time has passed, and I was out of touch for a few years because I became an idol fan :XD:

Somehow, I heard a lot of people talking about Madoka Magica, so I decided to take a look at it (although I'm not usually into anime) I mainly did it because everyone said it was gory and I was curious :ohoho: I didn't think much of the opening (sorry ClariS fans) but the ending was amazing! I decided to listen to it and sample a bit of their other stuff to know a bit more about them (knowing that Kajiura Yuki was behind them, of course) and in some song, I think it was "Natsu no Ringo", I heard the most beautiful voice I'd ever heard and I haven't looked back ever since! Hikaru is my everything I adore her with all my heart!

Anyway, about myself. I'm a girl, 24 years old, I'm from Colombia and I'm a doctor but currently unemployed because I'm studying for my residency exams. Very excited to be part of the community! And hopefully catch up with all these years of a Kajiura-deprived existence :spotlight:

Magia is one of my fave Kalafina songs. :dote: Natsu no Ringo is also great, although my fave part there is Wakana's solo ending the refrain (although at lives Hikaru seems to take over it :plot: ). :XD:

Though I no longer welcome newcomers as warm anymore, any Hikaru fan deserves such treatment, for like you said, THE WORLD NEEDS MORE HIKARU FANS! And being her fan is one awesome choice that no one else with no flawless taste notice, and i have to congratulate you for having that flawless taste!
