H1N1 post

My class will start one week later bk of the swine-flu!
Too bad that most will use the week to go out and have fun with their friends.
 
My father was urging me to go to the doctor while during vacations just because I got a sore throat. Turns out I had pharyngitis, because I was weak from not sleeping. >_< I paid a lot for medicine and my visit to the doctor and also was forced to come home early.

Anyway, enough with my tangent. I believe that the media (especially in Greece) are exaggerating a bit. I do know that people are dying because of the new flu, but people can even die from the "normal" flu, if the doctors are incompetent...

and then people tried to spread that it's not that big of a deal, so now most people don't care about it anymore
 
ohh in my contry only a few persos died

The most importat case was the 2nd one a pregnant women who died.

The baby was safe

But a nurse had and error ( injected a medicide via stomach in veins) and he died :uh..:

So maybe the flu isn't the worst thing

It's part of my experience already.

The disease may not be a big deal but the exaggeration is a big deal.
The experience on the hospital is horrible.
From now on, I seriously hate dextrose.
 
I read that right now H1N1 is the dominant flu in Oceania, and that Africa has the fewest cases.
Also, H1N1 cases will increase once the school year starts (for me, that is Sept. 10).

It isn't life-threatening to anyone healthy, but it is especially hard on young people.
