Going to Japan on Kalafina and YK lives :D

Well its not certain xD But i was thinking of going to Japan for a very long time now, since i finally realized that Kalafine live is on 27th December i'm seriously thinking of going to Japan for new year to ketch both lives.

So this is a topic more of r people living at Japan because i'd need some general advices.
So since i'm lazy, silly and many other things i have absolutely no idea where the lives are or ... well anything else that i'd need to know ...


1. the important stuff
Kalafina live 27th December <-where is it again? (a map of the building would be quite cool as well :O)
Yuki Kajiura live vol.5 9th January <- where? With is it on 9th only or are there other dates as well? (again map of the building would be cool :3)
And where to get a ticket ... wait does the fact that i'm member of Official Fan Club help here?

2. accommodation
Are there any cheep laces to stay? The "shittiest" hostels are fine with me.

3. things to see
since i'll be there for at least 15 days (but i'll probably fight for 21 days) I'd just like to get some suggestions on what to see at Japan, preferably somewhere close to where the Lives will take place, but going away for couple of days shouldn't be a problem. Also i know this is pretty much up to me but there is to man things to see at Japan so i'd just like to narrow it down or get some suggestions from locals (And i guess is till have to keep a promise with one girl outside of Tokyo who said she'll take me to Kyoto if i ever come to Japan).


I'm pretty serous about this. I'm on "vacations" atm but i think i'll pay for plane in next week if i really go (and that will get decided until Sunday evening).

I have no idea. Because I've never been to Yokohama. But perhaps you can find one on the internet.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Kanto area (including Tokyo and Yokohama), because I live in Kansai Area now. (It takes more than two hours to get to Toyko by Shinkansen)
 
ok so apparently i'm still searching for the best price fro flight. I have only one problem .... most likely i'll land at Japan on 27th D:
So if i remember right the concert starts at 19:00 and we can start entering the pace at 18:00 right? or is my memory plying tricks on me o.O

air tickets during Dec is super expensive :uh..:
which airline are you taking?
 
not sure... i have to wait until Friday, but most likely i'll extend my trip for 4 day so i'll get there pretty cheep from "local" airport with Air France for about 550€ (round trip). But like i said i'm not sure yet. Its awfully cheep so my mum is double checking some things before we actually pay the card. Also prices might change until Friday and i cant buy the card before Friday because of CC.
But yeah Dec is expensive. I'd extend the trip so i'd go there on 20th because 21.+ all the way until 10. Jan prices are from 100 to 500€ expensier (in one way only <_<).
So yeah i'll wait until Friday and after that i'll start sorting everything else.
