I don't watch the series and does Kajiura compose anything other than the main theme?

Also i shit on Keiko's solo debut so to make me feel better: Keiko's version of Kimetsu no Yaiba Main Theme outsold. It doesn't make me want to rip my headphone off the way the original does. Wtf with that super nasal voice Chiaki you sound like banshee.

It was the main theme and 4 other bgms plus the ED for LiSA. But these bgms were only used on ep 1 and 2

maybe give it a listen with the expectation that it's supposed to be Japanese folk singing? you are right it's different from what she usually sounds like.

If you listen to Go shiina's soundtrack he also uses chiaki (or someone else) the same way. And yes its folk singing.

Go Shiina hired Nami Nakagawa. She also sings in Keiichi Okabe projects (Nier, Drakengard 3, Yuuki Yuna).

So I was able to watch the whole series in Netflix last week, and yeah the story is good with ufotable doing that touch making the series amazing.

It’s such a shame that Yuki Kajiura only made a few tracks here as it became evident throughout that Go Shiina’s music will shape most of the important moments in the story. I don’t find it bad though as the overall soundtrack was good. Hopefully we see more of Yuki Kajiura in action with the upcoming movie...
