as far as I understood from the (google) translation, they are going to perform the Best 20 songs from the YK live and the Kalafina lives, and you can vote for them (if you are FJC member ) in the form below (in the drop down list there are the titles of all the songs they performed so far. You cant vote a song more than once.

/me would like to vote for MATERIALISE, Madlax mix and Pandora Hearts medley, and and the tsubasa one for ship of fools and once upon a time.

WHY DONT THEY MAKE THE FORM OPEN FOR EVERYONE???!!!

They better make the right choices and dont choose songs that are alredy on DVD (salva nos, mezame etc) again

Well, since you can only pick the ones that were already performed and since this is both Kalafina and FJ combined I'm sure there will be no DVD... I really have no interest. :P

Is the choice limited to the songs from the lives only? It means no Blessing, Hitomi no Kakera, Destination, Margaret... and that's only to mention Yuuka's songs I'd love to hear live. And since Eri won't be present, there's probably no voting for her songs anyway.

Yes, the songs are limited to those which have been performed at YK and Kalafina's lives. Basically the point that was put across in the message was "I want to listen to this song (live) again/once more". Well... That's the impression I got from the post anyway. More detailed explanations are supposedly found on the forms which are mailed to FJC members.

Sigh... It's times like this where I wish I have extra money.

Non FJC member CAN attend this live if accompanied by a FJC member. It's limited to 1 person per 1 FJC member though.
