hey, i found this, Kaze No Machi He english verison

Is it from the english dubbed version, or it's just a fandub? Anyway, it's pretty enjoyable, but I don't like Sakura's voice...

err japanese songs, they're more beautiful when sang in original language. it's sounds like a totally different song for me

so this english dub was probably televised in official US tv channels?

That's the official dub alright, it's good but meh I've never been one for dubbing over songs.

However to answer your question, Tsubasa was never televised (in the US at least) it was only on DVD. Maybe FUNi was trying to get a televised edition which is why they dubbed over the songs (Monica Rial also sings "You Are My Love) and this was also dubbed over when inserted in later episodes.

On a RANT ALERT: Though FUNi pissed me off much more when in other songs where they cut out the vocal portion of the songs in the dub. Thankfully FUNi hasn't done this since.

thank you for ur response. .i heard of FUNi too. it's hard to sing an english song when it's originally japanese. A for effort,but i get to watch anime in english subs (coz most of the time i don't like english dubs)
