I recently purchased Sound Horizon's 5th anniversary movie "Across the Horizon". It's basically a live DVD of SH, but there are also some talks/interviews (I'm not really sure what to call them) in which four people talk about SH/Revo. One of them is Yuki herself.
So while it is technically not her release and has nothing of her composition on it, I think it should belong to the Discography.

(An interesting thing to note: with the exception of Yuki, everybody is referring to Revo either as "Sanhora" or "heika" (Highness), while she simply calls him "Revo-san". It really shows that she's the only person out of the four who actually knows him by person.)
 
I noticed the following information (indicated in red) was missing:

Project: LETS COMPLETE THE DISCOGRAPHY

Hellow everyone :hi:

Lately I have been busy fixing discography entries, which due to my fault when I was making the 2011-12 page, where I accidentally deleted the "discography" page of the site, had ALL been de-categorised from the discography category (the thing you see between slashes in the links between canta-per-me.net and the page name eg /discography/, /lyrics/, /sheet-music/). So I now hav to put them all back.

While I was doing that, I noticed that we have a HUGE loss of data in the most of the entries (there are some wrong credits, in others we dont have complete credits for vocalists, and in almost all no credits for musicians)

What I would want the help of everyone for is whoever is able to romanise japanese, to search the releases booklets and write down in this thread the Music, Arrangement, Lyrics, Vocal, Chorus, Musicians credits for every entry he/she has info.

I would REALLY appriciate it :plz: :plz: :plz: :plz: :plz: :plz: :plz:

track n°12 is a medley of several anime songs, if you look closely at the credits, you will see

05-1: nowhere - anime "MADLAX" insert song / Composition: Yuki Kajiura
