Anti sora no amaritia ata
amaristia ita
midi ita sori deto fia
cantia amaritia ata (madia)
miriita idieto astimaria ida amaridia
deema

^ Yes it would but if you listen to the trailer the seiyuu and Joelle use different vowel at the end :) Seiyuu says "O" Joelle says "A".

Or it just sounds that way to you...
cause I would've changed most of the As in -ta's and -tia's in your post to Os lol.

Not that it matters unless we get official kajiurago for it...

maybe for the rest of the lyrics but the deema part is pretty clear.

Joelle seems to use in general a sound that starts with oh and ends with ah so it confuses me

That's a classical singing thing. In classic choirs and some solo classical singers, you have to sing with your mouth shaped line an O, and it can make A and sometimes U sound O-ish.
For the record, I also hear DEEMA, but other A you typed down I hear as O, hue.

Revised and added the new part

esti sa alita
isolto mada
conte sa filio ilita diota
tosta mamia diito adola
inti aoso adisto

Anti sora no amaritio ato
amaristia ito
midi ito sori deto fio
cantio amaritio ato (madia)
miriito idieto astimarita dia amare mia
deema

Chiisana kimi e boku ni kuta
boku wa wasurete oto no ni naru
....... toki no
namida ikureru toki no

....... kono basho de futari
.......... hi made

How can the kajiurago be easier heardable than japanese ? ^^;

I listened to it several times and asked a friend for help and I think it's

小さな君へ送る歌
僕を忘れて大人になる
chiisana kimi e okuru uta
boku wo wasurete otona ni naru
見守っているよ
子供の時も
涙に暮れる時も
mimamotteiru yo
kodomo no toki mo
namida ni kureru toki mo
奏でよこの場所でふたり
花開く日まで
さよなら言えないまま
kanade yo kono basho de futari
hana hiraku hi made
sayonara ienai mama
君は少しわがままで
まだ子供だけの
僕がいるから
kimi wa sukoshi wagamama de
mada kodomo dake no
boku ga iru kara
そのままで
Deemo
sono mama de
deemo

translation
(EDIT: thanks to my friend Lauren who has much higher JP skill than me for correcting my attempts - my JP is only JLPT N4/N3 border at best lol)

I send this song to the small you
forget me and grow up
I have been watching over you
since when you were a child
and the times you were overcome with tears
play a song* in that place, the two of us
until the day the flowers bloom
without saying goodbye
you're a little selfish,
still a child
because I am here
just stay that way
Deemo

* there's no mention of song here but 奏で (kanade) means "to play" in the sense of a musical instrument. it can also mean to dance/is a bit of an outdated term for it. dancing makes more sense in the overall flow of the lyrics but I chose to keep it as playing a song since that ties in more thematically to the plot of Deemo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deemo#Plot_summary)

if you don't mind spoilers/read the summary of the game it seems like this could be a letter from Deemo to Alice, and it mentions Deemo's name at the end bc it's signing off a letter? maybe I'm reading too much into it bc these are just sample lyrics for the audition, but I like to think of it that way :'D

Yes in the trailer they are both seen playing the piano so i guess the "play" part is about playing the piano. And yes could be signing or totally out of place like "Lacrimosa" or "Alleluia" in these songs. Also thanks so much for the lyrics and translation!

I’m very, very sure the last lyric is deemo.
I’ve listened to the theme at least 200 times since release and I can hear her close more into an “O” sound at the very end of the held note.

its just a letter we will know when soundtrack or something is out. They might release the lyrics for the audition too.
