Hey everyone.
I just pre-ordered "Red Moon" from CDJapan and I want to make sure that I made the right decision!
I went to amazon.jp and they sold it at 20% cheaper price. Did I make a mistake here? Is there a disadvantage of ordering from Amazon?
Thanks a lot!

Well, I trust CDJapan so I have no problem with it. Yesasia is cheaper and when I ordere my HnS, it came completely good! so I guess I trust it too. HMV charges credit and not debit, that's the only thing that I dislike...Other than that, I love those 3 I mentioned...

I think ordering from CDJapan or Amazon is fine. Usually I order music and stuff from CDJapan, I've only ordered a few times from Amazon but everything has worked out pretty well, either site is fine I think. :D

I can't afford amazon's shipping
amazon has better stock (anican magazines! dream port memorial!!) but i never have enough items i want at one time, to be willing to pay the $20 shipping so i just use cdjapan

CDJapan has great service, so you don't have to worry about that. Shipping is usually really fast, though it depends on which shipping option you chose. Sometimes they'll even send out the CDs before the release date.

This time I pre-ordered Red Moon from YesAsia, since I wantedYUKI's new album as well and it was cheaper with YA's free shipping option.

I never tried Amazon. I usually go with Yesasia, CD Japan or HMV.

I use YesAsia, they always have older stock, like first editions.

I owe my KnK 3,4 and 5 LE's to them being the only place not sold out.

I only tried Yesasia so far and I'm satisfied with it... (or wait, maybe I did order at CdJapan once, but it was via Amazon so I'm not sure of it ^^;)

Last time I ever order from these CDJapan nigguhs. Last. Fucking. Time.

I just made my first 2 orders of FJ/Kalafina music!

First I tried Play-Asia, then YesAsia. I didn't even bother with CD Japan with their expensive international shipping costs.

I ordered from YesAsia - much better service! Payment processed on the same day and shipped the next day. It arrived in 4 days (to California)! And free international shipping, too. =D

With Play-Asia... They processed the payment overnight, shipped the item 3 days later, and it was delivered more than a week later.

Play-Asia's "free" international shipping had a catch - it only applies if you buy at least $39 worth. So, though it's just a little cheaper there than from Yes Asia, the same item actually ended up costing a bit more.

So I'll go with YesAsia again. =)

i ordered from CDJapan last week and it hasn't been shipped yet... :uh..:

maybe because of the shipment i chose? :confu:

---edit
haha... i'm so stupid.. :desksweat:
the reason it hasn't been shipped yet is not because of the shipment method, but because it hasn't been released yet... ohohohoo...

my bad... :ohoho:

CD Japan has better packaging and the many postal delivery options suit me, as I am the only one at home and prefer to have shipping to my post office box.

I have used amazon.co.jp and play-asia.com for items that CD Japan didn't have, and have also used fromjapan.co.jp to get stuff from Amazon resellers and other places that only ship to a Japanese address.

CDjapan is a nice one...yesasia and play-asia are okay too. I"ve used three of them. and for amazon, I can't since I don't have credit card
Now I'm trying to get something from japanese local store through a forwarding agent. let's see how it works...
