Big Pictures

I downloaded an image resizer that can blow up smaller pictures while trying to keep it sharp (photoshop isn't so good for it, it makes things blurry). of course not all of these pictures are perfect either, you can only do so much with limited data!
not all the pictures work well with it, but here's some of my results XD

Wow, the program makes the pictures look like they were painted in Photoshop.

What is this program? I need one so I can pretend to be an artist

Wow...it seems like a painting...or the pic after mixing some filters in photoshop...(um..I don't use them that much...don't know much about it... ) Some pics seem a bit weird.. ..but now I've so many pics to be my desktop... . Thanks KeraChan... .
