Ok, behavior should be that, if a sticky has messages that are unread, it will pop to the top of the first page. If not, it will stay at the bottom of the first page.

You might want to check if you have any userscripts or ad blocking directly targeted at forum.canta-per-me.net - somthing from the phpbb3 days. Other than that, at this point I have no idea.

What browser is this on? I'm not getting anything like it in Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 27, or Chrome 33. Try hitting F5 when logged out to force full refresh - it looks like a stylesheet didn't load correctly.
